About the Event
With the Re-Ignite Workshop Series, SPARK SVG is expanding its reach to focus on practical tools for career development, entrepreneurship, and leadership journeys, equipping youth with the skills, connections, and strategies to thrive in an increasingly competitive and uncertain world.
This first workshop “Re-Ignite: Exploring Pathways to Professional Growth, Entrepreneurial Success & Leadership,” will serve as the pilot activity of the series. It is designed to test and refine our approach, bringing together young people for an engaging blend of panels, visioning exercises, and networking opportunities that address the realities of professional and entrepreneurial growth.
The long-term aim of the series is to host subsequent workshops across the island, with a deliberate focus on reaching marginalised and rural communities. Many young people in these areas face barriers to accessing mentorship, professional networks, and skills-building opportunities that are essential for building sustainable career and leadership pathways.
